When we heard Daxon part of Redcats (the 3rd largest home shopping network in the world) were offering an opportunity become one of their VIP fashion bloggers. We just couldn't resist taking up the challenge.

We sometimes struggle to find clothes that we like from high street shops, so online stores are perfect for us to try out something new without the embarrassment of taking it into the changing room and finding it doesn't work.  

Daxon has lots of choice for all shapes and sizes and options for all ages and budgets.  We are in our late thirties and like modern clothes with a vintage twist or items we can dress up to give a vintage look. Would Daxon have something that would be suit us? We challenged ourselves to put together the perfect outfit for an afternoon tea at under £80.

We particularly love this classic dress which we think is a steal at just £24.00. This could be dressed up for an evening out but it is equally a perfect smart-casual option for an afternoon tea with friends. Best of all it has built in tummy panel which means you can have an extra slice of cake and it won't show.




Finally we selected this pretty necklace  £12 which would give a fun look to the whole outfit with bows and beads giving a vintage 1920's flapper feel.
