An afternoon tea with a real bang!

If you want to experience a real explosion of flavours this bonfire night, hot foot it to The Royal Horseguards Hotel and try a delicious Fawkes- inspired afternoon tea. It's the perfect spot to while away a chilly November day, with it's location just moments away from the spot where the original gunpowder plot was foiled over 400 years ago
The tea begins with a hot chocolate shot and ‘toast your own’ marshmallows, served complete with tea-lights for toasting. Then follows a selection of TNT exploding white chocolate and chilli ganache truffles, Gunpowder tea infused macaroons, a scrumptious roasted chestnut cupcake with lightly fried parsnip crisp; Last but not least yummy mini toffee apple lollies which garnish a mulled wine jelly with cinnamon cream.
