This week has been one of the best ever for Dormouse and The Teapot.

After all it is not everyday you become a finalist in the Manchester Vintage Awards...


We would like to thank all our followers and friends for nominating us in the Best Vintage Blogger category. We are in really good company with local friends and colleagues  Pamper and Pose (Best Vintage Beauty), Jude Gidney Photography (Best Vintage Photographer), Saddleworth Shindigs (Best Vintage Event Supplier ) and Limb Clothing (Best Vintage Inspired Designer) also being nominated.

That being said we are cock-a-hoop at simply being nominated, it means a lot to us.  Thank you.

Now for even  more serious matters, what to wear to the awards?  The theme is The Hollywood Golden Age which takes us from about 1927 up to the 60's and we fancy something a bit glam.  We would love to see your suggestions.  There may even be a little thank you pressie if someone suggests something here or on our facebook page we actually buy....
