It's not just flowers and fruit and veg on offer at the show, there are plenty of excellent shopping opportunities with over 200 trade stalls in attendance. Everything from cheeses to gourmet popcorn to eco-friendly beanbags( to sit on while you eat it), in fact there is something for everyone.
Here are five of our 'must buys':
1. Cupcake Chickens
The worlds friendliest cupcake sellers. With a great selection of flavours from Nutella to Vanilla to Rolla Cola (it's the future y'know) and they are all delightful. We tried their amazing ice cream cornet cupcake specials at the show and loved them - gorgeous!

2. Gillys
Gillys produce a wide range of handmade condiments. Based in Oxfordshire, all theirl products are wheat, gluten and dairy free, suitable for vegetarians and hand made using traditional methods.
MUST BUY: We especially love their oil free dressings

4. Primopots
Primo Pots offers an extensive range of pots from around the world specially selected to complement your home and garden. Whether you are a traditionalist or you have a more modern approach, they have something for everyone

5. Port of Lancaster Smokehouse
At Port of Lancaster Smokehouse they smoke a wide range of items including fish, meat, cheese even nuts. .Established over thirty years ago, the company has retained and maintained the traditional methods of preparing and curing fish and meats of all kinds
MUST BUY: We especially love their smoked garlic
